At Franc Studio, every piece is carefully sourced and selected from independent brands and suppliers across Europe.

If the item is in stock at the time of purchase, it may be returned. To initiate a return, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is intact and meets the requirements for a return.

After the return has successfully passed our inspection, the refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account. The refund processing time is 10 to 25 business days from the date the return is approved and depends on the customer’s bank.

Items that are made or ordered specifically at the customer’s request are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including but not limited to changes of mind, sizing, color perception, or subjective expectations.

Prior to dispatch, each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection by our team to ensure that every item is shipped in excellent condition.

If, upon delivery, your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, providing photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Each order is sourced, prepared, and dispatched with care. The estimated delivery time is 6-13 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to Almaty, Kazakhstan from the date your order is confirmed
