Due to the curated nature of our business and limited product availability, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including but not limited to changes of mind, sizing, color perception, or subjective expectations.
Prior to dispatch, each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection by our team to ensure that every item is shipped in excellent condition.
If, upon delivery, your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, providing photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Each order is sourced, prepared, and dispatched with care. The estimated delivery time is 6-13 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to Almaty, Kazakhstan from the date your order is confirmed
